How Important is Nutrition for Your Breast Milk Supply?

The foods you eat during breastfeeding are vitally important for keeping a high supply that is nutritionally dense. After four years of breastfeeding, I’ve come to find some amazing foods and supplements that can increase your supply quickly!

Using lactogenic foods in your recipes can be a fast way to increase lactation naturally. While you are lactating your body’s primary focus is feeding your baby.

Ultimately, your body will continue to create breastmilk even if you undereat as it is primarily focused on nourishing your baby.
