Lactation bites are a combination of foods to increase milk supply all in one little ball of delicious goodness. These foods, referred to as galactogogues, can help breastfeeding moms produce more milk and better quality milk.

Some galactagogues that are commonly included in lactation energy bites are oatmeal, flax seeds, and brewer’s yeast. But these are not the only foods that can increase milk supply!

Tips for Making These Lactation Energy Bites:

  • These energy bites can be made with or without the cacao powder. You can also use cocoa powder instead if you like.

    1. I’ve kept them up to a month and they have been just as delicious… you could probably keep them even longer as long as you use an air tight container.
