I’m pretty confident in saying you can literally make almost anything in your slow cooker. Ok, so maybe not ice cream. ( Take that back, I googled it and you can make an ice cream dessert in your slow cooker! So I revert to my original comment, you can make ANYTHING in your slow cooker.)

A slow cooker Crock-pot is going to quickly become your new best friend. You can cut up the vegetables for your dish the night before, or early in the morning. You typically grab all the ingredients and load them into the slow cooker at the beginning of the day.
