This easy Keto bread recipe is going to be your new favorite low carb bread recipe. This bread is made with coconut flour and is gluten free. This low carb bread is completely Keto friendly and will help curb all your craving on the Ketogenic diet.

Low Carb Gluten-free Bread (Yay!)
All of my closest people know that recently I have become a real Keto (Low Carb) fanatic! And it has been a real blessing for my overall health, wellness, weight management, and energy levels! I simply love Keto! Keep in mind that this is coming from a person who was known as the “ice-cream monster”! 😀 I could eat a whole bucket of this sugary dairy product in one sitting!
Yeah, sweets have always been my weakness. But thanks to the low carb/high-fat diet – not anymore!
The beauty of this lifestyle is the decreased cravings due to the lack of blood sugar and insulin spikes.
For those who are not familiar with the specific biology – when we ingest too much carbs and sugars, the blood sugar level rises, and the insulin (the fat-storage hormone) kicks in to balance and lower it to its healthy amounts. And as a consequence, we experience fluctuations in the energy levels and even more sugar cravings in a short period of time. Bummer!
How is Low Carb, Gluten Free, and Keto Diet Helpful?
Logically, when we decrease the carbohydrate consumption, the blood sugar and insulin levels are much more stable and the benefits are enormous!

Starting from preventing diabetes (and even healing it!), heart disease, adrenal fatigue, obesity, insulin resistance, insomnia, anxiety, and even Alzheimer’s disease! My personal experience supports the medical facts – I sleep better, my mood swings are gone, the PMS disappeared, and the extra pounds – vanished! I know it sounds too good to be true, but in our modern society, the easy access to cheap sugary foods and the sedentary lifestyle are taking their toll on our health!
So, my suggestion for you today is a special recipe for low carb bread made of coconut flour and sour cream (Yum!).

Low Carb Gluten-free Bread
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 6 medium Eggs
- 5-6 Tbsps. Butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cup Sour cream
- Spices (garlic powder, Rosemary, etc.) – to taste
Instructions:
Beat the eggs in a bowl and blend them with the remaining ingredients.
The consistency should be similar to a cake batter.
Start heating the oven to 180° C/ 356° F.
Pour the mixture in a bread mold and bake until fully cooked.
Check with a toothpick if the pastry is ready!
