The Crockpot is one of my absolute favorite kitchen appliances! I use it many times per week because of the sheer versatility and simplicity of a slow cooker.

It is wonderful to prep your meal when you have time in the morning (or even in the evening prior) and throw it into a Crockpot to cook while you go about your day. Then you get to return to a healthy home cooked meal in the evening. And a bonus is it makes the house smell absolutely amazing!

Using your Crockpot is a great way to simplify your Keto Diet. When adjusting to an extrememly low carb diet a lot of time goes into food preparation. You can simplify your Keto Diet by making large batch Crockpot meals!

The second appliance that I cannot live without is a Magic Bullet. It is on my counter at all times so that I can make yummy low carb smoothies to balance out the lacking nutrients in my Keto Diet.

Let’s be real, the Keto Diet can be completely off balanced very easily.

To meet you daily fat requirement it is easy to skimp on even the low carb veggies that you can include and focus so much on meat, cheese, and fat bombs! And don’t get me wrong, I love me some fat bombs! They are very important to not feeling deprived on the Keto Diet.
