What is included in this mouthwatering Quick Keto Dinner?
This is the recipe I made my family tonight and EVERYONE loved this easy Keto dinner recipe. Another added benefit is that is so simple it only took about 30 minutes to make! Who doesn’t love a fast, healthy Ketogenic dinner?
The main part of this dish is steak! What is wonderful about the Keto diet is there is never a shortage of meat or cheese. Of course this recipe contains both.
This recipe also incorporates other delicious and healthy high fat foods including coconut oil and butter. With a short list of affordable and zesty seasoning added, this meal couldn’t be any more simple or tasty.

Lastly, one absolutely amazing thing about being on the Keto Diet (other than the cheese) is Fat Bombs! My favorite is the Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake Fat Bomb. With those on hand, you never really feel like you’re missing out with the huge list of foods you can’t eat to stay in Ketosis on a HCLF Diet.
So Without Further Adieu I Give You:
A Quick Keto Dinner You’re Going to Love
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs. Petite Sirloin Steaks (This gave us 4 steaks)
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Head Medium Cauliflower
- 2-4 Tbsp Real Butter
- 1 Tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Break up the cauliflower and steam in a large pot. Keep it hot to melt the cheese later.
- Mix the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture on the steaks on both sides.
- Melt the coconut oil in a large skillet on high heat.
- Put the spiced steaks into the hot oil and sear on both sides for 1 minute each.
- Lower the heat to medium and cook the steaks to your families liking.
- Once you're satisfied with the steak, remove from the skillet to plates. Add 1/2 tablespoon (up to 1 full tablespoon if you really love butter! And really, who doesn't?) and let the butter melt over the hot steaks.
- Scoop 1 cup of hot cauliflower onto each plate.
- Sprinkle each serving of cauliflower with 1/4 c grated cheese.
- Allow the toppings to melt before serving this mouthwatering and ridiculously simple low carb high fat dinner!

I was wondering…. have youever heard of the ketosis cookbook? So many reviews advocate for it but at the same time I have stumbled across dozens that bash the program. For example, this review http://simplefitnessproject.com/reviews/ketosis-cookbook/ claims that the user was able to lose weight with the program while making delicious food. I dont know if I trust it however. Would you have any advice for me? Thanks!
Rachel, I’m so glad you loved the recipe! Yes, I HAVE heard of the Ketosis Cookbook and it is supposed to be loaded with recipes to help you lose weight on the Keto diet! The cookbook is not necessary to have success with Keto, however it does make it easier to have so many recipes on hand at all times because the Ketogenic diet IS very restrictive and without loads of approved foods on hand it is easy to snack outside of the diet and get knocked right out of Ketosis. You will lose fat on the Keto Diet, but the amount varies from person to person. Within the next week or 2 I’ll be posting my experience with 6 weeks of strict Keto, you might find it helpful so I hope you stay tuned. 🙂
