    1. Thank you Paula I’m glad you enjoyed it! One drop of each oil to aid weightloss would be very effective (I’d do two of each in a diffuser and one of each in a roller). However, it’s not pertinent that you use every oil if you don’t want to. After reading their descriptions as to how they assist in weight loss you are welcome to make your own effective blend with what meets your needs, budget, and scent preference and it should still be very effective.

    1. That’s a great question Brooke! Be sure to always blend your essential oils with a carrier oil prior to application. The best places to apply essential oils for weight loss is on the temples, is behind the ears, the crown of the head, chest, or wrists, or even on the soles of your feet! My personal favorites are the places on my head or wrists. When you have the oils on your head you pretty much smell them all the time, and when you apply to your wrists it’s really easy to sniff when a craving arises.

  2. My problem areas are flabby arms and bigger around the stomach. I read where you can take a mixture of your favorite lotion, with grapefruit and lemon oils added, then apply directly to those areas. Is lotion as effective as a carrier oil?

    1. Thanks for reaching out Karla. Lotion would work fine as a carrier, oil is preferred but not essential. Sorry to say there is no “magic fix” for spot treatment of trouble areas, not even workouts! But a healthy diet and exercise plan and helpful additions like essential oils can really get you where you want to be.
